I'm guessing the ecuflash doesn't flash the 2000 eclipse. At least it won't let me flash this car. I was able to read the file. But when I made 1 change for the injector size, it really screwed me. Now the car doesn't run at all. And it doesn't let me flash the stock map back in. The evoscan logging shows injector ms at around 50 while cranking. I unplugged the fuel pump to get the car to start. At idle it is commanding around 20ms fuel pulse width. So is this ecu done? Time for another ecu?

I'm not exactly sure which ECU style this is, but generally, Mitsubishi ECUs cannot be completely ruined because you can't overwrite the bootloader. They can usually always be recovered.
What hookup method are you using? If it's EVO5/6/6.5 style, make sure you're using the 1.43Beta release of ECUFlash.
