HELP!!! ECU flash unable to read Evo 6 ecu

Hi all, Ive been advised I can use my 1.3u cable to remove the boost cut on a 1999 evo 6, Ive used ecuflach 1.28 with ecu unlocker, that could not read my ecu. Then I tried 1.42 and that failed as well here is the results:

P.S im running windoes 7 32bit

evo 6 ecu you need openport 2.0 cable
