Hello im trying to decode my hex file for my lancer gts usdm 5speed 2008. i am using winols and hex editor but i am making no ground since this is my first time even looking at hex files. i hate to take the easy way out but im at a stand still. i would really be grateful if somebody with the know how could decode this hex into a xml file so i can tune this car for my turbo setup. thanks in advance
