i can see from your screen captures that you have set the directory two levels deeper than you should (..../rommetadata/mitsubishi/eclipse). set it to ..../rommetadata or it won't work properly.

I got the correct directory path and I cant read/write either.
look at the bottom of my error, I get a kernel valid, then i get this kernel rsp end.
