raising boost on 02 wrx?

what parameters on my ecu would i have to change to increase boost?

If you are uncertain at this stage, leave your tuning to a tuner. You need to understand how to tune.

well i wanna see if by raising the boost target and waste gate duty data that would increase boost?

Ok. But you must understand the safety in doing so. For instance, a excessive ping free operation before doing so.
If the car is close to the edge of not happy with the gas or any other issue,then raising it will disable the the boost, making the car feel dead. Sometimes inconsistent.
Safety operation should come before power or the quest for power.
