Well tonight I went to flash some changes onto my evo and it stopped mid way through and gave me the usual error, so i retried and it did the same thing so I save the error log.

EVOs should always be reflashable after a failed reflash; there is a bootloader that never (realistically) gets erased.
Check connections, battery levels, and PC performance.
