problem read ecu WRXSTI 2006... Help pls

Hi there friends,

I have a problem when I want to Read My ECU of my Subaru Impreza WRX STi 2006, I download 2 ver. of Ecuflash.. 1.29 and 1.35, ECUFLASH can conected to the ECU CAR but when I start my Engine and Click OK in 2 seconds the shutdown and ECUFLASH display this msg:

problem resolve......

I conect the green test plug and put the ignition on, engine off... then read the image.....
