Won't Read ECU

[Otto Performance]

After I select the car and press read ecu it goes through everything then has an error and says it had no response to any know code. What is this or what am I doing wrong?

Unless you are familiar with the known patches, roll back to 1.34 or something previous. Delete all cable drivers, as well.
