How Do You Configure ECUFlash Under OS X?

Postby williaty » Sun Dec 16, 2007 12:43 pm

So I've installed ECUFlash and updated the ECU defs so my car is supported. Now, how on earth do I tell it how to connect to the car? I can't find any configuration screen where I can tell it where the cable is.

Anybody know?

I could not get it to detect the Openport cable either under Leopard.

Then I tried another machine runing Tiger (10.4.11) and it worked.

Maybe Leopard is not compatible.

It also worked for me in a Windows XP virtual machine using VMWare Fusion, under Leopard.

I'm not sure what the compatibility problem is with Leopard, but it's probably not a big deal to fix.
