cannot Connect to interface

I have using my 1.3 Openport cable for year and got no problem until the new version 1.3 ecuflash is released. i have been getting error "cannot connect to car interface" for all the 1.3, 1.32, 1.34 version of ecu flash. But if switch back to the 1.2x version no problem at all. Please help.
Also i am wondering is there any bugs on the xml?
1) part of the load range is missing jumping from 200 to 260 on the timing table.
2) which table (both timing & AFR) one or two is the actual table to do adjustment?
