Important Failure in EcuFlash

Postby dawnduran » Thu Sep 06, 2007 2:19 am

Please update the IC-Settings in EcuFlash.
The tables are incorrect, because the temperature and the throttle-volts are incredable.

Show on this pdf to see the correct rates:

IC-Spray-Rates

i.e. The Stock Evo8-ECU vs. real Stock-Rates

IC Relaytimer: On 20,5s - Off 18,4s --- vs. --- On 2s vs. Off 5s
IC Timer Control judgement: Hi 0,06V - Low 2,34V --- vs. --- Hi 4,0V vs. Low 3,59V
IC Relay Timer Air Temp: 216°C (I think its meaning °F) --- vs. --- Low 100°C - High 105°C (where is High and low???)

In Ecuflash are not the following tables:
Inlet Air Temp
Calculated Engine Load (is it IC Relay Control EV?)

I did only speak about the intercooler settings.
Please read the posts and be sure to use and know this program.
If you know how the program works, you would see that the values are not possible.

Puffo, I don't think the warning-post about the wrong values in ECUFLASH in this community could destroy my engine.
