2004 Subaru WRX issue.. not able to download..

not sure if this is in the right place,

but we flash LOTS of evo's and sti's..

having an issue right now with a 2004 WRX usdm..

enginuity logger works fine with our 1.3U cable.. but with the test connectors (white plugged in, and green connected) we still cannot get the ecuflash to pull the map out.

it says "unable to connect the vehicle interface does not support the needed features"

any help would be great.
