Not effect after flash... w/ poor AFR.

I hv just do some minor change on the boost map & the low detonation map only.
Then send it for a dyno run and found out the AFR is run rich after 4k rpm @ 9 - 8.
Then we also try to adjust the Injector fuel scaling from 420 - 450 - 480cc/min as to see if the ecu hv read or co-op w/ this change. on each 1st run the AFR seem to hv effect on the scaling change 2-4k rpm, but after 4k rpm the AFR will drop back to 9-8 AFR....
So Q? did I miss some thing here??
