Am I able to use the tactrix 1.0G cable to read off the ROM with ECUFLASH?

I believe the 1.0 cable only works on the 2.0L turbo models, with the 16-bit ECU. If you already have the cable, you'll just have to try. Not sure what market car you get in Singapore, perhaps it is closest to JDM?

nope it's either have either ADM or EDM
