wrx 06 HELP!!!!!

I have an 06 wrx and just bought a tactrix cable, I'm going to re-flash my ecu to stage 2 tomorrow. So here's the problem....today I was trying to read my ecu using my tactrix cable but it showed me that there is an error and ask me to check the log :
