i have change any parameters and i program this file
nothing change
fuel ,turbo ecc. it's the same
anybody help me? :(

The second file you posted has definitely changed. Boost is way up. It looks like the whole map was increased by 20-30% absolute pressure. I stopped looking after that, as obviously it is working.
Do you not see this? What program are you using to edit?
Maybe it is better to focus on something more specific.
