ecuExplorer v3.0.6 now supports ecuFlash tools

Postby calvinc » Fri Dec 09, 2005 1:25 am

ecuExplorer v3.0.6 is now available from the following link - http://www.tari.co.za/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1134118238/0#0

i have included colby's original ecuflash tools with v0.91 of the OpenECU kernel. many thanks to colby for making his EcuFlash source code available.

this will only work with the OpenPort 1.0 (WRX) hardware. it will not work with the new OpenPort 1.2 cable, i am waiting to get 1 before i issue a new version to support the new design.

this version does not include a map editor. that is next.

enjoy :D

Thanks, calvin, this seems to work pretty good I haven't had any problems to speak of.

Does this work with the Access Port cable?

it will do but be aware that some users have experienced problems with those cables. the tactrix OpenPort is the better option.

more bluntly: the reflashing features won't work.
