Ecuflash credits left:1

I just bought the OpenPort 2.0 ,installed Ecuflash and found that under licensing is writin:subaru flash credits:1mitsubishi flashing credits:1.Is it how it must be or something wrong?And under computer managment ther is no port to which the cable is assigned to?
