This is my first go around and I would like some input. this is the ROM info:

USDM OB XT 05 auto
Internal ID:A2WC511R
FlashMethod:sti05
MemoryModel:SH7058
ChecksumModule: subarudbw
Inherits:A2WC510C

I have been lurking about the forums and had heard a few things like using the STI throttle maps etc.... Where do we "get" the maps and what years are compatible? Is my ECU version an older one?

Is there a basic map reading section?
Target Boost A
Target Boost B
Why the two maps?

What is generally considered MAX boost on a stock motor?

Thanks ahead of time for such an amazing group of people!

anybody?

It's may be similar to high and low octane maps, you can make it the same :)
Try to make smooth changes from stock values at the low rpm and load to 2.0-2.2 boost, up to 80-90% wastegate duty, decrease AFR on 1,5-1 at middle and high load areas, add timng up to 10-12 degrees in same areas. And next get the time to drive and look to the logs, corrrect the knocks, e.g. temperature, etc.

A Big Thanks!

Thats what I was wondering, Thanks for the initial starting point.
