MY03 DBW Cars

Maybe anyone got success at pulling ROM from MY03 DBW Cars ? The car is MY03 JDM DBW Forester A/T, communication with ECU stopped at 0x81 . I thought that A/T ECU may be distrubing communication, unplugged it and nothing changes. Maybe MY03 DBW cars got different method of reading/writing ? I tried OpenECU 1.29, 1.30 and all methods - nothing works
