EcuFlash: There was an error reading this ROM file

I installed program EcuFlash v1.30. I try to open a ROM-file, which I took from this forum: http: // www.plasmatize.com/osecuroms/index.php ( I tried different files, but all of them where from Mitsubishi Evo), the program writes “There was an error reading this ROM file. See the message log file for details”. All XML files for ROM files are installed. I tried version 1.29, the same problem.
What is the reason of this problem?
