Explain, that occurs in your shop.
Has paid on September, 9th and 16 two orders for a total sum more $1000 and till now are not sent in my address. Numbers of orders 7646 and 7590
I ask to explain, that occurs

hi,

I have the same problem with tactrix... from 25th of january my order is listed as Ready to ship but nothing happens..

no luck with any of the emails... also can not get them on the phone... they did charge the credit card though.. :(

Hello to all @ Tactrix,

i recently ordered an Openport 2.0 with Full adapter set.
I got the unit this week, was comming in really fast, BUT:

I only got the Openport and the Usb Cable, NO Subaru adapters, No Mitsubishi 12 Pin Adapter for flashing Evo 7-9

I tried to send E - Mails to all 3 Tactrix contacts, but all were rejected by 550 Error " policy reasons"

Order Number was 9307.
Is there any way to get in contact to resolve the issue? I am from Germany, so telephone isnt a good option.
Is there an E-mail Adresss of Amanda or Colby i can use instead the "sales" , "Orders", or "support" ones.
