OpenPort 2.0 on Vista not working

Hi all, hopefully someone here can help me out...
As stated, I have an OP 2.0 Rev E and I'm trying to run it on a Vista 64-bit laptop (I know, Vista wasn't my choice at the time but XP was just phased out).
I was getting blue screens while logging (and/or trying to log) and was told that I should get the beta version of EcuFlash and the drivers. Everything went smooth during the install but when I plug in the OP2, I get a notice that the drivers for the device are not working properly. I've attached an image from device manager in the hope that someone spots what might be the issue. From my first glance, it looks like it's pulling the 32 bit drivers (which should actually still work) but this is getting outside my realm of experience. Any thoughts or ideas?
For what it's worth, I tried it on my XP box (desktop) and everything works immediately which has me thrown. Granted, it's a little hard to hook the desktop up to the car
