Hi Guys,

The last time I used the cable was 2 days ago. Today when I tried to do some logging and the cable is not detected by the computer. I tried a few different cables and still no luck. I do have the RB light flashing but just cannot be detected in anyway. Is my Tactrix is dead? Please advice.

What PC / OS are you using? Sometimes USB goes berserk and doesn't recognize devices. It can be fixed without shutting down, but rebooting is the easiest way.
Have you tried that?
Do any other devices work in that USB port?
