2.0 and LC-1

Postby medamullet » Sun Feb 07, 2010 11:14 am

I currently have the 1.3 (I think, it's the older model) and a LC-1 wideband. I am thinking of getting the 2.0 version.

How does the lc-1 cable plug into the obdII conector?

What software is loaded onto the dongle for the ability to log?

How do I set which parameters I want to log?

What software is used to read it after I open the file onto my computer?

I currently use ecuflash, ecuexplorer, ecuedit, learing view, rom raider logger, and rom raider editor. will all these pieces of software still work with the new dongle?

Thanks :)

I can't believe there isn't anyone using the 2.0 like this???

I purchased a 2.5mm 2 ended male connector and the 2.0. I plugged in my lc-1 into the 2.0 and get nothing. I can log with the 2.0 but I get nothing from the lc-1 I can use my lc-1 the usual way and connect it with the laptop itself and get a signal.

I want be able to log w/o my laptop in teh car with me.

doesn't someone do this?

I haven't tried to figure out how to set the parameters yet.

I have called and emailed tactrix numerous times w/o response. Infact I even purchased my cable somewhere else becuase they cwouldn't answer my emails or calls.

Hey,

Did you ever figure this out? I am trying to achieve the same thing, ie, connecting OP2.0 to the LC1 directly and reading all the info from the OP2.0 connection only.

In my case, however, I am trying to use the evoscangps navigator. no luck there either. Tried the laptop, and that does not work either.

ANYBODY ?????

I'm interested in this too. Call me an idiot but I've searched for some time to find this information. Can I just buy any standard male to male cable and use it?
