OP2.0 difference between Rev C and Rev E

I have 2 Tactrix OpenPort 2.0.
1-st has label 'Rev C' and 2-nd 'Rev E'.
First use virtual port com 5 but second com 10 (I installed other drivers).
What the differens between that hardware?
