Evoscan cable and european WRX 02

I have purchased the cable from evoscan site, I've been connected:
a) the green connector,
b) the tactrix connector
c) the cable from OBD to my laptop
BUT....I cannot flash/save my ecu settings...
Datalogging are Ok, but I cannot save the Rom... Why?
I've been see the pin on the cable but are different than my OBD... why? Which modify I've to do?
