i recently converted a whole JDM sti 2003 into a GC8 body with all the wiring loom and guages all working properly. and since i follow all the instruction regarding the green connectors and the white jumper wire my laptop cant interface with the ECU. My OBD2 socket is working properly as i can diagnose it using a diagnostic tools.
Any ideas how i can interface with the ecu and reflash it?

I will see if I can check today for a pull and see. I cannot remember using the clutch.

Make sure the jumpers are not damage. Do you hear clicking sounds when the read fails?

Try clicking the read or flash icon, but don't have the key turned on yet, wait until it prompts you, then connect the green connector and turn the key on, and then press "ok". This has worked for me with a V8 JDM STi swap in a RS, worth a try.

Best regards,
