Postby Impakt » Wed Mar 29, 2006 6:09 pm

Hi all,
I am going to make an openport 1.2 interface soon but can't find any information on the SD601 transistor or any equivalents..

Can anyone help?

would any of these do? The closest electronics store doesn't stock the Panasonic ones...

Edit: This store also stocks the BC549 - will this work?

If you're in North America you might consider ordering from Digi-Key:

Impakt, try these from Farnell (Australia), both garden variety bits...

1. BC817, Farnell 108-1225 (this is a SOT-23 package if you want a near direct replacement)
2. BC337, Farnell 356-967 (this is a To92 package if you're happier using leaded bits).

Hope this helps.
