Trouble with ECUFlash 1.40.2178

I'm unable to communicate with the Tactrix 2.0 cable, I get this:

I was able to succesfully flash and log my car using a different Tactrix 2.0 and my laptop. That one had the USB port snap off of it after a few days, and Tactrix replaced it with the one I currently have, which gives this error. Anyone run into this?
