All of a sudden Voltage too low.
Posted: Thu Jul 03, 2008 3:20 pmAll of a sudden I cannot flash. I have an 02 wrx. I am getting the low programming voltage error. It is 4.3 instead of 12. I checked the jumper so don't ask. The voltage at the jumper is 4.3 there is no short or break because the voltage goes all the way to the OBDII port.
Does anyone else know what the voltage should be at the jumper and maybe thats causing my problem. The reason I ask is that at one time I tested the voltage and i think it was 12. I need help does anyone know how to fix this?
