If you don't have a diagnostic port then its very unlikely. What car is it and what ECU?
4age toyota ECU

unfortunatly i dont have any obd port in my car...but i believe that my ecu is 96 which 1 is obdII compitable...so if i want to find out 16 wire for digonistic port...how do i get them from ecu..and how can i connect ELM 327 wth that???

You really need a schematic for the vehicle that the ECU came out of. There may well be some Toy experts on here though. Looking at that pin out I can see 3 pins marked 'Check' connector. VF may be the 12V supply, and TE1 and TE2 may be K line and L line, I'm just guessing though. Are there any wires going to those pins?

Hi,
Please, take a look
http://alflash.com.ua/vf1.htm (about Toyota Vf1 voltage)
http://alflash.com.ua/Vf1/Vf1Toyota.htm and
http://alflash.com.ua/dtctoyota.htm about others #pins of DLC No.1*
As I sure this Corolla is not OBD-II or EOBD, but is "pre-OBD-II Vehicle"...
BR,
*maybe by
http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/trp.s. Yoy can read the Data transfer on Vf1 pin (after short E1 and TE2).

Hello!
O'k.
As I see in ECU_AE111_20V_4A-GE_small.jpg Yours ECM not use the "OBD-II Signals' ("pins"):
http://alflash.com.ua/OBDII/dlc3_.gif and
http://alflash.com.ua/Learn/dlc.gif
Unfortunately, I did not meet program for Toyota as analogous DDL* for Nissan, MUT-ISO of for MMC**, etc.
