ECU Reflash block connector (jumper)

Postby DannyBoy-Scoobycity » Fri Dec 16, 2005 1:40 pm

As i understand it I need to jumper some pins together on a plug under the dash to suck the map on my 03 Euro WRX.

I don't fancy standing on my head for any length of time soldering in that position. Can those be jumper blocks be purchaced somewhere?

If not, once soldered can they be left attached?

Thanks

I have some of the connectors on the way, and hope to offer them on the Tactrix site. The pieces come from a hillbilly in West Virginia who I'm barely able to communicate with. Hopefully they show up soon - he's not a particularly "quick" fellow...

Otherwise, it's fairly easy to rig up something yourself as FrSTi is mentioning. You can leave these connections attached all of the time. It is only the test mode connector which has to be connected and disconnected to flash / drive.
