Another newbie question

When I put the usb into my notebook it sees the cable as openport 1.3 mitsubishi and it says wizard cannot install because it can't find the neccesarry software? I am lost any help would be great

its telling me if it came with a cd then please put it in?

Install Ecuflash first in the default location (C:\program files\openecu\ecuflash).
Plug in the cable.
When windows detects the cable and goes to install the drivers, chose the advanced/look for drivers in this directory option and point it to the directory c:\program files\openecu\ecuflash\drivers.
That should get it working.
