Can someone tell me what the white connector is jumping, and why it is required to read the ECU on the later models.
I am trying to read the rom from an ECU on the bench and I get the same error Assami gets, I wonder if I need to simulate this reflash connector in my wiring, but I don't know what it is doing.



I DID ALL THE CONCTING YOU THINK OF .... BUT NO LUCK :(

you need to ground the init wire, do you know which wire it is on your ecu? you should have one b+, one ground, one battery backup, one data line, one init wire grounded.
