using a tactrix with a GM 3800 v6?

Might this be at all possible out of the box? I have a 2000 pontiac Bonneville, now I know this isn't a Subaru or Mitsubishi. However, I was wondering if the Open Port would work with my car, not necessarily the tuning program as I have a program that is sufficient. I was just hoping to find a good way to flash and read my PCM on my car. If anyone knows please help, it is well appreciated. I noted that the unit is compatible with the J-2534 pass through programming which is what caught my interest.

hi, as far as i know you wont be able to flash ecu thru port. as i am fairly ceryain that ecu has a eprom. not eeprom.
