How much?

Is there a license fee payable to tune each car?

Does it allow custom mapping and if so are all the tables properly defined for each ECU?

I am not sure if you fully understand what this device is. This is a read/write device. As a "master", you can flash all cars found in the above linked list with any file you want, whether you buy them or get free traded ones or build them copletely your own. Files are not supplied from me - this offer is hardware only.
