Hello Everyone,

I have made the Module to Recover the ECU's listed in the support section on tactrix.com site, and have been using it well. The issue comes along is how to recover the 16bit ECUs? Could this module to the same? I have a few people asking me if I can, and I have no idea if thats possible. Or if someone has a link for another module or process on how to recover 16bit ECUs that would be great. Complication is nothing to me. It can be as complex as needed.

The 16 bit ECUs are not recoverable in the same way. It's easier just to replace those earlier ECUs with a used unit since they generally aren't paired with an immobilizer. For instance we can find 2002-2005 WRX ECUs for as little as $50 here in the US so it's the simplest way to go.
