Openport 2.0 no response f ECU WRX

I try to read DTSc with evoscan with OP2.0 but
EcuFlash seems to work, but when I try Display DTCs with Evoscan it gives me:

Info: Waiting for vehicle ecu...

Info: OpenPort 2.0 Found.
Info: OpenPort Firmware v1.11.320
Info: Battery 13.659V
Info: Initialize Vehicle ECU...
Info: OBDII Connecting...
Info: Initializing At 5 baud...
Info: Initialization Complete...
Info: OBDII Sync Byte Received.
Info: Keybyte Response: 0x08 0x08
Info: OBDII Keyword CRC Received.
Info: No Response from Vehicle ECU
Info: Check DTCs Complete.
So DTCs give me:
No Response from Vehicle ECU
battery is new, voltage ok
does I miss some install data? drivers?
first I Install EcuFlash then EvoScan, then reinstal those few times
I tried EvoScan 2.8 and 2.9
the same
what does I miss?
