Subaru MY99/00 ReFlash Available (Non ECUTEK)

But in a recent forum conversation a forum member in the tuning game mentioned that there are now upto 3 alternatives to using ECUTEK for MY99/00 (the forum topic related to an unlocked MY00 ECU, where I questioned how it could be mapped but unlocked, using ECUTEK always uses the licence lock).
He did not go on to give me any more information, possibley due to his ECUTEK ties.
Is anyone on here aware of this, as a google search in the last 24 hours has not bought anythingto my attention.
