read tune and reflash jaguar xjr 2004 (x350)

after reading different kinds of information i've decided to put an effort in making a tune on my 2004 jaguar xjr.
Does anyone have some good advise regarding the jaguar ecu specs and the hardware i need.
I don't do this because it's cheaper then buy a reflash from a tuner, i'd like to explore the possibility of us community
