Turn Off USB Selective Suspend?

Last night while reflashing my car for the first time on this new laptop, it gave a timeout error mid way through the flashing process and I ended up with a bricked ECU.
I have flashed many times before on the Windows XP laptop without any issue.
My question is do I need to turn off USB Selective Suspend to use Tactrix OP 2.0 properly under Windows 7?
