Help Tuning for 2008 Lancer

Just pulled my ROM and found a definition that's close and sort of works.. How do I start tuning?? I want to tune my N/A Lancer for a higher octane and to take advantage of my RRM Intake and Catback Exhaust. What's the first change to make?
What changes benefit a larger intake as well as a catback exhaust? Thanks!
