ECUFlash program problems

*This all started after my computer crashed and I was able to save all my tunes, my work, and pictures*
-My maps went back to stock size after I had a patch done for the bigger sized maps(Big Maps) and I do not know why...
-When I change the setting from beginner to inter. nothing seems to change at all so
-Some of the options are not there like fan on/off temp settings
-Some of my tunes will not open even though I had all the right stuff downloaded and in place....
Car: 98 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX using ECUFlash and Ceddy Mods
Any help you could offer me would be greatly appriciated!!!
