Need a part for a 1.3 cable

Postby 06Black » Thu Mar 24, 2011 9:35 am

Hello all!

Ive got an older 1.3 cable, but she works perfectly fine for what i need. however, i need the "other" plug that required for flashing on a Mitsubishi.

i dont see this part in the store, is it possible to get?

any suggestions?

thanks!

bump! any one? help!!!

edit-

i should say that i found this-
http://www.tactrix.com/index.php?page=s ... &Itemid=53

however, its listed as for use with 2.0 cable only and it looks nothing like the one i used to have.
what i need looks allot like the subi reflash connectors, its what you use along with the Tactrix cable.

You can use that connector, and join the programming voltage output on the OP1.3 cable to the 2.5mm plug using an alligator clip or similar.

Yeah sure, that should work. Double check connections with a multimeter if you think there's an issue.
Or crimp one of the old-style bullet plugs onto the end (or make up a 2.5mm socket-bullet male adapter cable if you don't want to chop the Tactrix cable up). There's only a single connection used on that plug, not much to go wrong.
