Chip is an AMD 29f800 flash rom 1mb

Processor is a siemens c166 class probably a c167cr_sr style.

Need to find out if this pull is complete.

Edit:
Fixed the rom image to the correct 1mb image

Been busy and haven't got a harness setup for my test ecu.
