jdm sti 03 n 05 ecu interchangebility?

can both the jdm sti 03 n 05 be interchageable? i know the 05 has immobiliser but i was able to get a hks kanzai tune ecu of sti 05 and i would like to try it on my jdm 04 sti model. can anyone help me answer this?

does anyone has the pinout for each ecu ? try searching the net but couldnt find anything
