Updating firmware on Vista - Failed, OP2 locked...

Hello,
I'm thinkin' about the one issue during updrading firmware on Vista (soft v.1.41).
On XP SP3 all are the fine, but on the vista there are some trouble results the locking of the interface...

And than the interface can't be upgraded under XP even if it's SP3...
All of the next attempts to read using any method or previous versions are failed..

Before updating it's working well...

How to restore the inteface? Where is the firmware, maybe I can desolder and rewrite the chip?

PS seems that it's a soft issue and will be improved in the next releases.
