EVO X tuning feedback please

This is all very new to me. I heard the OpenECU tuning method worked pretty well ( I certainly would be leaving the tuning up to a shop with a dyno). Anyone used it on a stock or modified Evo X yet and has some feedback? I initailly was going to have an AMS or COBB AP Pro tune. I'm building a GSR for Time Trials and have restrictions on Power/Weight and specific mods. Thanks
