OpenECU is now running phpbb version 3.xx

Amongst other things, we were having some problems with porn spamming on this site, so I have upgraded to phpbb 3.xx in the hopes that it is more secure in some ways. The postings and the attachments seem to have transferred over intact. Let me know if you run into any issues. One unfortunate thing about the site upgrade is that all of the user passwords were not transferable, so you will have do a password reset in order to login once again. Hopefully things improve with this new version!

Thanks, I can view that area now
1 more small bug, when I logged in, I ticked the auto log me in every time I visit option.
But it doesn't remember to log me in

I have the same problem - I'm sure I'll be able to fix it eventually. phpBB3 seems to have a lot of features on the administrative side as well where selecting them seems to have no effect...

phpBB is nice and all... but VBulletin is best IMO. I know its not free, but this layout is a it confusing for a n00b like me lol.
